Victor was kind and very knowledgeable about the Mercedes GLA I was interested in purchasing. I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of in any way. I thought that as a woman I would need a man with me to get the best deal. I was given above what I owed on my trade. Then Rob came in and got me an Awesome interest rate. He was very efficient during the buying process. I was out the door within 3 hours!!! Victor helped me transfer my belongings to my new vehicle and gave me a full tank of gas😍.
