Although I was a previous Mercedes owner a decade ago, so MUCH technology has changed! As a widow, I was rather apprehensive about initiating contact since my husband always handled these affairs. Double the pleasure is thanks to Zoltan Krempaszky and Larry Chapman who made my experience such a gratifying experience. Both of these gentlemen wanted to insure that I left with all questions, concerns, etc. answered. Larry was extremely patient, a great listener addressing my multiple questions with utmost regard and patience. Regardless of multiple explanations or repetitive inquiries, Larry gave no indication of impatience. In fact he frequently commented his desire that I ask any question. Nothing was off bounds! Kudoes to these two gentlemen who work so efficiently together. Now I look forward to returning to the Mercedes family here in Florida with Crown Eurocars!. Callie Gilberti More

After driving a competitor's cars for 25 years, I decided to try something n I came to Crown Eurocars to look at what models might best fit my needs. After driving a competitor's cars for 25 years, I decided to try something new. I never pictured myself in a Mercedes-Benz, but a quick on-line search helped me see it as a possibility. I walked onto the lot in Pinellas Park and Jim Smith came to greet me. I told him what I was looking for. I drove a C 300 coupe, which was a beautiful car. I chose to look at other options to narrow the search. Within a week, I realized the CLA 250 met my needs the best. I test drove the car and when I next returned, I drove it off the lot in 1 afternoon. Jim was personable, answered my questions, and I was comfortable working with him. I look forward to the next few years, at least, working with Crown Eurocars. More

I had been looking for this car with all my special needs that I wanted black on black with a sunroof in my price range and couldn’t find it anywhere.
