I also dealt with Concierge Willie Edmonds who was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the various features of our new vehicle, which was spotless and extremely well detailed, and Rob Wilson in Finance was very pleasant to deal with. I shopped several Mercedes Dealerships, and this was by far the best. Recall Service Turns Into a Car Purchase I went to the dealership in response to the recall on my vehicle. Long story short, I did and really love my new 2018 Mercedes. Randall was great to work with. Then I had the pleasure of working with Rob in Finance. I'd met Rob when I bought my first Mercedes last July. It was great seeing an old friend. He did an awesome job of explaining all the details of my options. Then finally, the icing on the cake - Tony Cintron explained the features of my car. Tony was perfect. He was very informative and really took his time teaching me the new functions of my car.
