My sales professional, Zoltan Krempaszky was the most professional, polite and knowledgeable salesman I've ever purchased a car from. He listened to my needs, respected my budget and made every effort to provide me with options, never once pressuring me to buy. He explained every detail of the purchase and there was not the going back and forth that is commonly practiced by other dealers. The showroom is state-of-the-art and provides a comfortable environment to shop. Sales Manager, Jessica Scarboro, was superb. She provided me with the information I requested about my purchase and genuinely made every effort to ensure I was completely satisfied with my decision. Zoltan is a true professional sales representative I began my search for a new car on the internet and Zoltan responded immediately. He was on top of my search once I told him which vehicle I was in I began my search for a new car on the internet and Zoltan responded immediately. He was on top of my search once I told him which vehicle I was in the market for. The day I chose to go to the dealership Zoltan was off, so Helena stepped in to represent him. She was amazing and when I was uncertain about making the purchase that day, Helena suggested I drive the car home and return it the next day. Even though I loved the car I was not 100% ready to make the purchase.. that is until I met with Zoltan when I returned the suv, He sold me on the Crowne dealership and all the perks that come with purchasing a Mercedes Benz from them. Once I made the decision to buy the suv the rest of the process was made easy by Zoltan, Rob in financing and Tony the concierge who was great going over all the details of my new purchase. Right down to helping me transfer all my many items from my car. I visited two other dealerships prior to going to Crowne and I feel a great deal of confidence with this dealership and their staff. I knew what car I wanted to buy so Phillip the salesman wasted no time in showing it to me and letting me take it for a test drive. Phillip is a pleasant knowledgeable salesman and within a few minutes of chatting with him I learned all about the car and I decided to purchase it. It took about a day of negotiations in price and trade in to reach an agreement but I was very pleased with the deal I got from Crown Mercedes. I am very happy with the deal I got. Also, Rob from Finance was extremely professional and he took his time to explain financial options I had available in order to choose the best loan for me. Finally, Tony in the most relaxed manner went over the cool features my new GLK 350 has to offer, without his help I would not have been able to figure out much about the car. In summary, my experience was very pleasant, stress free, and professional. The staff has lots of finesse. I strongly recommend Crown Mercedes if you want to buy a car. More
