My first issue was buying a brand new car from this location only for the car to have a faulty part. Then months later I come back for my 1st oil change and and fluids were not topped of. Windshield wi location only for the car to have a faulty part. Then months later I come back for my 1st oil change and and fluids were not topped of. Windshield wiper fluid was empty which caused me to open the hood thank God I did because I then found my coolant was extremely low. Well definitely be using a different location in the future. More

Brought the car in for a bad fuel pump. They did their own diagnosis and said it was the trans. After they repaired the trans and selling me battery the car still wouldn't work. Turned out They did their own diagnosis and said it was the trans. After they repaired the trans and selling me battery the car still wouldn't work. Turned out it was the fuel pump. Total repair time was 4 weeks. More

I’ve had a horrible experience with this dealership with lack of communication, professionalism. I still have not gotten this issue resolved. I’ve even contacted the service manager and gotten zero response lack of communication, professionalism. I still have not gotten this issue resolved. I’ve even contacted the service manager and gotten zero response back. My vehicle was misdiagnosed so I’m out extra money with no results. Do not do business with Regal. More
