Good service...if you can get them to answer the phone The service techs seem to really know their business but it's nearly impossible to get the service department to answer the phone. So I drove there and was made to stand there for five minutes while their person fiddled with paperwork. He remain unconcerned even after I pointed all these customer service failures. Oil change I was disappointed with how long it took for a basic oil change. My appointment was at 3:15 and I didn’t leave until almost 5 o’clock. Other service centers I have been to have had me in and out in an hour. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly. More
