Robbie is great! Robbie was great! Didn't act like a regular salesman trying to pressure me into a vehicle. He gave me my options based on my price range and needs and Robbie was great! Excellent sales experience from a great team! I had a serious issue with a used truck I purchased from Anchorage Chrysler 9 months ago, and contacted the manager I previously dealt with (Dennis Tr I had a serious issue with a used truck I purchased from Anchorage Chrysler 9 months ago, and contacted the manager I previously dealt with (Dennis Trent) and explained the situation. I felt the best resolution was simply to get rid of the old vehicle and trade it in on a new one. Dennis worked with me to make this happen and did an excellent job of bringing closure to what had previously been a negative experience. Dennis introduced me to Kristine and Robbie and assured me that they would make the process of purchasing the new vehicle simple and easy. I met with John to test drive the new Ram 1500 I picked out, and despite being on his 4th day and this deal already being arranged through another salesman, he was very helpful in explaining the various features and options to ensure I was getting the truck I wanted. I met with Robbie the following day, dropped off the trade, completed sales paperwork and left with my new truck. This process could not possibly have been more pleasant or more efficient. Robbie made it very easy, and he obviously cared about making sure this sales experience was my best ever. All around, the management team of Dennis, Robbie and Kristine worked extremely hard to convert me from a previously unhappy customer into a very satisfied one. They've earned my trust and loyalty as a result, and I look forward to working with Anchorage Chrysler in the future. Thanks again! More
