I had a great buying experience with Robbie Dixon. Upon delivery in August 2023 there were factory issues which were unable to be corrected at the dealership level. Robbie without any disagreement or argument made it right and reordered another unit. Unit arrived in February 2024 and I accepted deliver and couldn’t be happier with the sales experience. As someone who’s purchased numerous vehicles, I can honestly appreciate the level of personal service and no xx transaction that I experienced. I not only would recommend others to specifically work with Robbie, but also when it is my time to invest in another vehicle he will be my first call. Now, what happens next is out of his control, but I can only hope after sales service from the parts and service department can maintain my highest regards. More
