David Holloway & Robbie Johnson worked as a team during the trade-in of my husband's Rogue and purchase of a new vehicle for me. On our initial visit to the dealership I spotted my dream vehicle- a new Nis the trade-in of my husband's Rogue and purchase of a new vehicle for me. On our initial visit to the dealership I spotted my dream vehicle- a new Nissan Kicks in Scarlet Ember just sitting there beckoning a first time owner. Our first meeting was with David Holloway who treated us with courtesy and respect. He was patient and fulfilled his customer promises to us from top to bottom. We left the dealership to reflect and returned on Dec.31, 4 days later. Since David was working with another couple, he had arranged in advance with Robbie Johnson to meet with us and once again, we were treated with professionalism and knowledge by Robbie who was able to complete the transaction that David had initiated 4 days previous. The dealership was willing to work with us through our credit union who in turn worked with the finance dept. to finalize the purchase and thus we drove away to celebrate on New Year's Eve with my dream Scarlet Ember Kicks! More

We initially stopped just to look at a used SUV before taking our kids to a movie. Robbie quickly met us on the lot when a 2022 Pathfinder grabbed our attention. When my son and I showed up to the dealership to check out the new 2022 pathfinder, Robbie met us immediately and asked what he could do for us. We proceeded to look at the only pathfinder they had on the lot. Robbie listened to my son and I talking about the car and what I wanted and what I didn't want. He answered every question I had about it and knew it inside and out, however what really sets Robbie apart from other sales associates was his ability to listen to what I wanted, down to every detail, he walked into the managers office while I looked at the car, searched the future deliveries, found one that matched what I wanted exactly, came back out and told me he could have what I wanted in about a month. I was shocked. Of course I put down a deposit but I wasn't confident the car would have everything I wanted. Well, I was shocked. Today I showed up to pick it up, and it was perfect. Everything I ever wanted, everything my son and I discussed and never even told Robbie directly was in the car. I've bought a lot of cars in the past, but this one just blew me away. Attention to detail and listening to your customers wants and needs are where you make or break a deal and hopefully return customer. Robbie exceeded all of my expectations. I wouldn't have driven from chattanooga to Cookeville if he didn't. Great job Robbie and great job Nissan of Cookeville! More
