I reached out to four different BMW dealerships in my quest for a new 2021 BMW, and new motors was the only one in three states that was actually a pleasure to deal with. These days it seems that car dealerships just don't care if they sell you cars or not, but it new motors it is easy, fast, and completely focused on customer service. Robbie is incredibly attentive, hard-working, and went the extra mile to answer every single one of my inane questions. Other dealers struggled to answer more technical questions on the more advanced features such as the assisted driving components, but Robbie succinctly and quickly walked me through everything. Their entire team worked together to make a very fast and easy transaction happen. I strongly recommend new motors to absolutely anyone looking for a car. I hope that BMW corporate sees these reviews and instructs other car dealerships to model themselves after new motors. More

We saw a listing on New Motors and from the very first phone call the people were so nice to deal with. Robby Quinn was our sales person and could not have been nicer. No “used car sales pitch” here. Just a very friendly personal touch to all of our questions. We were out of state buyers and it was no problem at all. When I picked the car up Robby went over everything with me (about 1 1/2 hours) until I said “stop”. I just couldn’t learn anymore! And he said to come back anytime and he’d go over things with me. We live 2 hours from the dealership and he offered to have someone come out to program the car to our garage door. Thought that was a bit above and beyond his job. So he sent me a video how to do it myself. Cannot say enough nice things about Robby and this dealership. More
