Robby Ramsey was very courteous and professional and initially came in over the phone with the lowest price I had received and also offered me a very respectable offer on a trade. Within approx 4 days the sales manager called me and offered me a deal I could not resist. Upon receipt of the vehicle which was delivered to my home, I noticed a scratch on the painted portion of the mirror and after texting Robby Ramsey his customer service manager Ashley Hernandez contacted me and gave me instructions on what to do so I could get the scratch repaired. I asked tons of questions the entire time and was always treated professionally. I will definitely go back to Vernon auto group for my next purchase. More

2017 F250 Lariat Robby Ramsey was the Sales Associate that helped us and we could not have had better service. He took the information on our trade in over the phone and emailed us the allowance before we ever arrived. He showed us the pick ups that we had indicated an interest in upon arrival. However , when we changed our mind concerning the color and trim packages that we wanted he didnt hesitate to show us 5 additional vehicles and get quotes for each so that we could get what we wanted. I hate salesmen, and wont tolerate high pressure sales tactics. I loved the Vernon Auto Group. Robby helped in every way he could to make it a hassle free and satisfying experience. I wont buy a vehicle from anyone else! More
