My initial review of this dealership was extremely unfavorable. My sales and finance guys were terrific, but the rest of the staff was behaved like our car purchase was nothing more than a major irrit unfavorable. My sales and finance guys were terrific, but the rest of the staff was behaved like our car purchase was nothing more than a major irritation and inconvenience to them. Their new GM, two days into the job and horrified at what he found, reached out to me upon seeing my review and worked to turn things around immediate Our sales guy came to my office that day to drop off the plates and paperwork his teammates couldn't be bothered to provide when we initially picked up our car. Their service staff was accommodating and efficient when I dropped off my car for a recent service. And the receptionist who sneered at us the entire time we were car shopping was no longer there. This is a lesson that service and attitude starts at the top. More

Complete waste of time. Was not taken seriously. Was told my issue could be fixed day of, and over the brand of five days that my car was next in line to be diagnosed. I end Was not taken seriously. I ended up taking my car to Brandon Volkswagen, and it is still in the shop right now getting fixed. Very disappointing that the dealership that is basically right across from the street from my house couldn’t fix these issues for me in a timely manner. More
