I had a wonderful buying experience with Empire Buick GMC of White Plains and Robert Acerbo. From the minute I called to inquire about the 2020 Acadia that I was interested in, Rob was attentive to my needs of White Plains and Robert Acerbo. From the minute I called to inquire about the 2020 Acadia that I was interested in, Rob was attentive to my needs and time. Rob was accommodating and had me come in that evening, offered me the test drive while they evaluated my trade and we started the paperwork close to dealer closing time. I was excited and left that evening with a good overall feeling. Rob advised me that he would have finance work on my paperwork in the morning on Saturday and he would call me by 11:00 am. Sure enough Rob called me the next morning by 10:30 am with a positive update and he scheduled me to come in that afternoon and meet with finance to review my options. That’s when I met Robert Horton, who was also great. Rob Horton advised me of my options, answered any questions I had and we moved along efficiently through the paperwork. I want to note there was ZERO pressure at this dealership. I was impressed overall with how quickly these guys got it together for me and I really do love the 2020 Acadia. It’s been 8 years since I’ve been in a dealership to buy a car and I never thought I’d have as good of an experience like I did with Rob Acerbo, Rob Horton, Lauren Brode and the rest of the welcoming and professional employees at Empire Buick GMC of White Plains. More
