Using what I preferred, we zeroed in on a nice used car and I was very happy with how easy the process was. The only problem I had, was that the behicle immediately needed an oil change and windshield wipers. Ino my opinion, those should have been done before the sale of the car. More

We had already been in touch with the dealership online and knew pretty well the prices they advertised. We met with Robert Nylund who turned out to be the nicest, most personable and understanding sales person imaginable! There was no high pressure at all and he really tried to find us the perfect car for our needs - with the right price! We ended up leasing a new Honda CR-V and couldn't be happier! Buying or leasing a car can be very stressful but with sales personnel like Robert Nylund and also Stephen Layton, who described the workings of our new car before we drove it home, it was a totally pleasant experience! New Car Lease I received an advertisement from the dealership 4 months prior to my existing lease expiration, on a Passat, and the price appeared to be very reasona I received an advertisement from the dealership 4 months prior to my existing lease expiration, on a Passat, and the price appeared to be very reasonable. I visited the dealership and worked with Rob Nylund as my salesperson who catered to my demanding personality and provided excellent service and alternatives. I've leased a new Accord EX-L, bought up the mileage to 18,000 per year and still agreed upon a great lease price. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in moving into a new Honda. More

Treated like royalty for a used Odysseypurchase In June 2015 we stopped in to see if Honda of Hackettstown happened to have any inexpensive Honda Odysseys for sale. You would think we were looking In June 2015 we stopped in to see if Honda of Hackettstown happened to have any inexpensive Honda Odysseys for sale. You would think we were looking to spend a hundred grand! Everyone was beyond pleasant, they had a couple of choices in our price range, went beyond all expectations in prepping the car and have just been excellent to deal with. The only little hiccup had to do with the title (bought in NJ, registered in NY) which got delayed and they even put in the effort to FedEx that to us at no charge. Oh, and we have been extremely pleased with the Odyssey. She has been reliable and an incredible value. I know this sounds a little too good to be real, but I was pleased enough with the sale and the overall attitude to bring the vehicle in for some more involved service rather than using my local dealer. They have been just great to deal with and special thanks to Thom and Rob in sales. Highly recommended. More
