Purchase of used car I stopped in to look at a used Honda CRV that I saw on their website. The car was listed as an "as is" sale since it was 10 years old and high mileag I stopped in to look at a used Honda CRV that I saw on their website. The car was listed as an "as is" sale since it was 10 years old and high mileage. The car was very clean with some minor interior issues which the dealership agreed to take care of right off the bat. When we stopped in to pick it up we were told that we would have to bring it back for another item they found that needed repair. I am very pleased that they took this on to fix on their dime saving us the cost of the repair. Our salesman Rob made sure that all that was promised was delivered. I would recommend him. Overall, everyone was very easy to work with, friendly and professional. More

We have owned 4 Hondas prior to purchasing the new CRV EX this time. I was determined to not be part of the final process. But Rob Nylund came to our home with my husband to invite me to try driving the new CRV. He was so fun and relaxed, not the stereotype I expected. Rob was extremely helpful and worked with me on the best potential options available to me. After talking out the options rob pointed me in the direction of leasing a new Honda Civic lx. This option provides the lowest cost and best car available! Rob was very helpful and I believe got me a great deal. As part of my new lease I traded in an old vehicle as a down payment. Rob was even nice enough to come by my house after hours to drop off belongings I had left in my trade in. Overall I had a great experience and appreciate all the help I received. More
