They have been very helpful with questions I had. When I got into a fender bender they went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed, sending me to a bodyshop that they use. Very Pleased with All Aspects of South Oak Dodge Initially, my spouse went into the dealership to inquire about Jeeps as we were considering purchasing a used/new vehicle. Robert Booth was just the type of sales-person that my spouse looks for -- personable, low-pressure and very helpful. After hearing what we were looking for, he did not steer us toward something that was beyond our desires or means. I did not get involved with the discussions until after my partner had already narrowed down the two vehicles we could consider due to price and need and had the financing already in place. I was extremely pleased with the service he provided along with the finance officer Jesus. I would not have recommended South Oak Dodge prior to this experience as 4 years ago we had a bad experience. But Kudos to the management for a sales-person such as Robert who knew just what we wanted and was helpful at every turn of the negotiations. Thank you Robert for your help and making the experience of purchasing a new vehicle a pleasure rather than a chore. More
