Saturn owner responded

I took my car to Sumter Tire in Wildwood last week. The total with tax was 395.00, again, nothing near the original 816.00 + tax I was quoted here. John Baumgardner said he would work with me, but somehow I recall him saying something about around 500.00. I didn't bother to come back because I no longer trust dealers. They sound sincere, but more "desperate to get my money" to me. One of my biggest complaints is no one is ever available. Saturn ALWAYS answered my call. I never got a voicemail as I almost always did with Robert C. and John B. Unreliability doesn't make for good customer service! Perhaps you need more staff. I was also told it was a 5 hour job, meaning 5 hours of labor. Sumter Tire laughed, and said and I quote: "if it takes 5 hours, we're doing something wrong!" It took less than 3 hours. So, needless to say, my relationship with Orange Buick GMC is definately over.
