After spending over 15 years in the wine industry, I decided it was time to take my sales experience to another level. Mercedes-Benz have been a passion of mine since childhood. I can remember the days cruising along with my father listening to the sounds of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons in his S500, dreaming of a day that I would have one of my own. That dream is still alive today. I have garnered a reputation in my career and a straight forward, honest , and low pressure sales professional. Salesperson Robert was just rude, with unprofessional atti I stopped by at the dealership today with my wife to speak about the lease of model GLA250. Salesperson Robert was just rude, with unprofessional attitude. Looks like Robert wasn’t in the mood and had zero interest to speak to us about the car lease at that time. Robert presented himself in the way, as was doing a big favor by taking to us. The conversion lasted about 2 minutes, with the first question how much I would be looking to put down. Today’s visit to Prestige Mercedes-Benz left just a bad taste in my mouth. More

Robert Cocco and the Team at Paramus MB are the Best This is our third consecutive purchase with Mercedes Benz, we are loyal to the brand, however, we did not feel valued at the dealership we initially w This is our third consecutive purchase with Mercedes Benz, we are loyal to the brand, however, we did not feel valued at the dealership we initially went to (in Manhattan), so we searched surrounding dealerships to help with our needs. We immediately felt connected to Paramus dealership due to our salesperson, Robert Cocco, evaluating and understanding exactly our needs and ability to communicate on our level. Of course, he was friendly and responsive, but he went above and beyond when it came to getting us the vehicle that we imagined for ourselves. Robert made us comfortable at every point during the sale. He was honest and trustworthy and not for a moment did we feel any uncertainty about our choice. We felt so comfortable, that we even began discussing which Mercedes we would be interested in after this one. That speaks volumes. We will continue not only to be supporters of the brand, but specifically of this Paramus location, where we were treated with sincerity and respect. In the past, we have been part of the BMW, Maserati and Lexus family but none of these experiences compared to this experience, particularly at Paramus, with Robert Cocco. We look forward to a long lasting relationship here and feel confident in recommending this location to anyone looking for outstanding service and products.
