I got into this business because I love cars and had a great experience when I bought my first new car at Bloomington Acura Subaru. Experience was good once we landed the right salesman, Rob. Rob was great but prior to meeting Rob we weren’t taken very seriously by other salespeople. Salesman Robert C. provided excellent customer service and was very accommodating. Dylan Duffys' ethics in the Finance Dept. were questionable. Ultimately, management (Charlie and Bryon) were able to rect and was very accommodating. Dylan Duffys' ethics in the Finance Dept. were questionable. Ultimately, management (Charlie and Bryon) were able to rectify the discrepancy with the purchase of the vehicle purchase and final payment. That kind of customer service is rare and was truly appreciated. With one exception, the experience with LBSA was positive. More
