The Toyota Tundra stands out as my favorite vehicle because it has served me well throughout the years. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, playing golf, and fixing cars.

THEY ARE CROOKS. They have a MADE UP SHOP FEE of 12% across the board for all service which wasn’t disclosed prior to the work. STAY AWAY, don’t give them a cent of More

I would be happy to discuss this with you further but I do know that you were advised of the shop supplies charge of 12% of labor portion of you bill by your advisor before the work was performed. I also know that you told our Drive Manager that you knew about the fee but didn't think you should have to pay it.
