Since they knew the part to repair the car was unavailable, it is unacceptable that i was not contacted by their attorney to work out a settlement u Since they knew the part to repair the car was unavailable, it is unacceptable that i was not contacted by their attorney to work out a settlement under the NY Lemon Law, which clearly covers this situation. I continue to wait for resolution of this under the Lemon Law, but Honda’s legal department continues to drag their feet with this. Overall, Honda’s response to the matter has been unsatisfactory and will make me think twice before buying from Honda again. More
