He was personable, friendly, and most of all patient. The best part of any buying experience is the moment they hand you the keys and it was! Robert sat with me and meticulously went over every feature. He was scheduled to be off at 5pm and at 9pm he was still working with us. You may think "Well, that's he job". Anyone who stays four hours past their shift to finish w/a customer is amazing. Never once did he try to rush us out--we will always remember that! A shout out to Ernie who made the final deal happen. He was very low pressure b/c he knows he's selling a great product. I recommend just going for a test drive--that is all it will take and you will be hooked. More
