My salesman was new and not very knowledgeable. Upper management lied to me various times throughout the sales process and I felt bullied. They told me it would be one final price and that price ch Upper management lied to me various times throughout the sales process and I felt bullied. They told me it would be one final price and that price changed several times over the course of 6 hours! Once you are in the bank with dealing with the financial part, hospitality is out the window. While they did fix some scratches on the exterior of the car before I picked it up, the windshield had a crack in and they said they would not fix it. Then, they misplaced the second key for the vehicle and I have to return at a later date to pick up. Overall, not the best experience and I was highly offended when the manager told me he assumed I didn't have good credit so he didn't really look at it. Keep in mind, my credit score is a 781! So that was very unpleasant to say the least More

I searched for the 2025 Ridgeline on line and immediately I was contacted by phone and email inviting me to come in to look at the pickup I have searched. When I arrived at the dealer I was greeted and withi I was contacted by phone and email inviting me to come in to look at the pickup I have searched. When I arrived at the dealer I was greeted and within minutes the salesman that I talked to over the phone came to look for me to show me the vehicle. Needless to say the visit was pleasant and I ended up leasing the pickup. More

Be careful with the tactics used at this dealer. Sales manager offered me one thing and then changed the offer twice while I was with the finance manager finishing the paperwork. Sales manager claimed that the GM refused the offer they gave me because they were going to lose money, twice. When I asked to speak to the GM, the sales manager and finance manager said I could not talk to them. We had first agreed on 15.5 with them replacing the tires. Then we agreed on 14.5 with me replacing the tires At the end of it all I had to pay 16 and replace the tires myself. The only reason I took the deal was because the wife was in love with the vehicle. If not, I would have told them to have driven it where the sun don't shine! Still waiting for the GM to call me back days later... More
