The guy's got sales skills and a conscience, which feels borderline illegal these days. I walked into the dealership just to check out a Cadillac listing.... and walked out an hour or two later with my Cadillac - which I'm absolutely loving. Robert, on the other hand, is basically customer service royalty. His attention to detail is unreal (in the best possible way). He followed up proactively, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt like a priority, not a problem to fix. Even with his packed schedule, he managed everything with patience, humor, and a level of professionalism that's rare to find. I came into Andrews for an oil change on my '24 Suburban because I couldn't get into my usual dealership in the time I needed.
