I checked my car in at about 9:40am and my appointment was at 10am. Everything was fine at check in. Approximately an hour later my service representative came to me to ask me for my keys. I told him that was at 10am. Everything was fine at check in. Approximately an hour later my service representative came to me to ask me for my keys. I told him that I gave them to him at check in and that he handed them to the lady working with him. He left to check with her. He came back and stated that she had left with my keys. Even though they gave me a loaner, I couldn’t get in my home. I literally rode around for 3 1/2 hours. They compensated with a free oil change. I don’t think that was enough. The fact that someone left with my keys was very concerning and upsetting and definitely not acceptable. More

The people were the best thing about this experience. From the receptionist who routed my call(s) to the young lady (Kennedy) who drove me home when my car needed to be kept overnight.
