They didn’t make an effort initially to make sure my used car buying concerns was met. After some time there, I met those concerns myself. I believe they got a great deal for my trade-in and I ended up on car buying concerns was met. After some time there, I met those concerns myself. I believe they got a great deal for my trade-in and I ended up on the losing end (financially), but that’s par for the course for used car purchases and trades. Overall, decent experience but they could’ve paid more attention to the details of my concerns in which were provided in an email chain, refreshed a day prior. More
