Awesome experience for a first time buyer! As a young guy, definitely was nervous going in. Robert Gil was the salesman to help my wife and I, and he did an incredible job. He let the car sell itself and he was transparent answering all my questions. I was also trading in my old car which had some minor damage and needed some work, but Robert was very helpful and understanding. If it is your first time getting a car, I highly suggest taking a look here and ask for Robert. The warranties that are offered can't be beat, and the helpfulness is incredible. Also, Dave Glas was the financier we had the opportunity of meeting. If you are a Cubs fan, it is worth the trip just to meet Dave, who as well, was very kind and extremely informative in regards to trading in my car; which still had a balance remaining with a different dealership. Incredible experience all around, oh and did I mention they stayed until almost an hour after close because it was taking a while to finalize everything! Couldn't be happier! More
