I grew up in a small town in Central Missouri (Keytesville)on a farm with my grandparents and three older brothers. My wife Amy and I moved to Kansas City in 1994. My wife is a elementary teacher in Liberty and we have 3 children Olivia, Mitch, and Cole. I played baseball, basketball and ran track in high school. As time has moved on I enjoyed coaching baseball over years. I'm a proud supporter of organ donation as a kidney recipient myself. I really appreciated Robert’s approach; he was respectful, helpful, and most importantly to me, he was no-pressure. I’m 67 and I’ve been through the buying a new car “dance” many, many times. This was my best new car buying experience, by far, thanks to Robert (and actually everyone else I met at Northtowne). I highly recommend Robert as a Salesman and Northtowne as a dealership for anyone wanting a no-hassle car shopping experience! More

OMG by far the best experience we've ever had. We are 70 yrs.old and have too many to list,however, Robert Goodmon our salesperson and Thomas, the finance mgr.are just amazing. The entire sales team is awesome. I'm overwhelmed of their customer service throughout the entire process. I had looked and spoke with many near volkswagen dealerships. Either no callbacks, or follow-ups from one on one Salesman. Northtowne went above and beyond. I first met Robert Goodman. His attitude was great. When he went on vacation I was assisted by Michael Smith. Then when Michael wasn't available Matt didn't disappoint. I knew what I wanted and wasn't going to.settle for nothing else. Matt asked to give him a chance to find my dream car. Whoa, within 30mins. Matt returned my call. Within 24hrs, the vehicle was delivered to Northtowne Volkswagen. I purchased the very next day. To finish the financial paperwork, Thomas handled my personal information with the utmost respect. Kevin was great! He stayed in contact with us so we knew when the car was out of the detail shop and ready for test drive. Thomas and Robert were very helpful and friendly as well. No pressure sales, friendly staff and very minimal fees made for a great experience buying our pre owned Honda Odyssey. I would drive the 40 minutes to buy from them again!!! More
