I’ve been using the Toyota service department for almost 10 years now, and they’ve consistently taken great care of us and our vehicles. I first worked with Sherry until her retirement. Since then, Robert h 10 years now, and they’ve consistently taken great care of us and our vehicles. I first worked with Sherry until her retirement. Since then, Robert has been my go-to. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, always helpful, and takes the time to walk me through every detail. I ask a lot of questions, and he never rushes me. He is patient, clear, and cares about getting things right. If you want someone who communicates well and truly knows their stuff, ask for Robert. More
