I brought in a 2017 explorer for safety recall 21s32, toe link replacement. My wife drove less than half mile after the replacement and the vehicle started fishtailing at 50mph. It was fortunate no other tra link replacement. My wife drove less than half mile after the replacement and the vehicle started fishtailing at 50mph. It was fortunate no other traffic was beside her, she was able to get the vehicle under control and returned to the dealership. This is when the service manager Robert told my wife she must have hit a pothole and knocked itself out of alignment. This is where I have a problem with the integrity of the dealership and the vehicle. With that statement I must assume thats going to go out of alignment again, my wife is afraid to drive the vehicle! Please will someone tell me the TRUTH!!!! I believe Nick Degarmo needs to be retrained, its probably no big deal to you about my wife's safety, so Robert i'm not sure why you made it her fault! More
