( i'm a talker) when I shared my needs with him he suggested a couple of alternatives . leasing rather than purchasing was my decision.. Robert chose a vehicle ,knowing what I was looking for , . It fit my needs perfectly . The second time I visited the store we made the deal , being able able to do most everything over the phone , I was able to settle up with Nady , who walked me through the process in less than a half hour. Amazing ,..... I have a super busy schedule working to positions and time is my biggest asset. The people at Thomas made this painless and easy. with their wide selection of different models anyone looking should at least give Robert Heady a call to see if he can help you. Happy with everything! We purchased a new Wrangler Sahara from a local dealer in central Indiana. We loved the vehicle so much we started looking for a 2nd Wrangler (new). We purchased a new Wrangler Sahara from a local dealer in central Indiana. We loved the vehicle so much we started looking for a 2nd Wrangler (new). We spent about 2 weeks looking all over central Indiana, Ohio, Illinois for a great deal on a new 2019 Sahara with all the options we wanted (i.e. - Cold weather package, leather seats, navigation were the deal breakers) So started searching thru every Jeep dealer and when I got to Thomas Dodge, Jeep Chrysler, I found they had SEVERAL that matched our criteria. AND most came with the dual top (hard and soft) so for us.....icing on the cake. I reached out and received an email from Robert Heady. We decided to make the 3 hr drive on Saturday morning. I sent Robert an email, we were headed his way and he had our #1 Wrangler choice right up front. Then it happened. My husband started looking at 2020 Gladiators. They had one with everything he wanted. We did a little back/forth regarding pricing. Sales Manager Frank joined in and we made the deal. From the time we pulled into the dealer until we left was approx. 3 hrs. Not bad when you include a few test drives, paperwork, negotiations, new car prep, etc! I would make that drive again to work with this dealership! More

I test drove the vehicle, made my decision and began the paperwork. Robert was the salesman my fiancé and I dealt with and he explained everything we needed to know. The only complaint I have was the fact that the Jeep we purchased was missing the Torx set to remove the hardtop. I asked the dealership to throw that that in the deal seeing as I just purchased a 19,000 dollar Jeep, but was unsuccessful. The next day I went back to the dealership because one of my tires needed air, I inquired about the torx set again and this time they sold me the set for 40.00 dollars. Aside from that I am happy with my my purchase. More

Great job on my second visit. Waited an unreasonably long time on my first visit for a tire rotation and oil change.
