The service experience is always good with this dealership and Bob Heinsohn. You are welcomed graciously; the intake procedure is thorough and you get the satisfaction that comes from being listene dealership and Bob Heinsohn. You are welcomed graciously; the intake procedure is thorough and you get the satisfaction that comes from being listened to; there is a car and driver ready and willing to take you home or to your office; and your car is fixed and ready when promised . . . .and since they always wash it before returning it, the car looks better than when you dropped it off! The prices are more than competitive with the "mechanic on the corner" and I know that my Buick is being attended to by factory trained technicians. It's a no-brainer for me. More

I took my Pontiac Vibe in for a recall notice on 9-27-13. While I was there, I decided to have the key redone since my key wasn't working. Bob was super nice and very helpful. I dropped the car off before work and picked it up at the end of the day; I didn't miss a lick. The total bill was only $40. What a deal! Great service! I would highly recommend them. More

I arrived at the dealership after making an appointment for service. I was met by Bob who immediately made me feel at home. The service protocol began with paperwork and at that time I was able to ask a for service. I was met by Bob who immediately made me feel at home. The wait time for service was spent in the comfortable waiting area where all the dealership employees who passed by were friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant chore to have my car serviced!
