Great Dealership with Quality Service and Support My Wife "Lisa" and I purchased a Used 2011 Ford Expedition on Aug 1, 2016 and we were meet with people how really wanted to help us and deal with our My Wife "Lisa" and I purchased a Used 2011 Ford Expedition on Aug 1, 2016 and we were meet with people how really wanted to help us and deal with our concerns. The first person was the Sales rep Justin and Sales Manager Donnie McMillean who sold us on the vehicle we wanted. They got us in the price range we wanted and everything worked out great and then we were given some options on accessories that we added to our Expedition and then the extended warranty that was really good by Rob Insani the sign and drive. They also cleaned the Expedition up and got everything ready for us to drive off the lot and we are more than Happy with our service and also customer support. I will definitely tell anyone and everyone that they need to experience Toothman Ford a great Ford Experience and service with a smile. I would also like to Thank all the people at Toothman Ford for there patience and also quality and be so professional in helping there customers with all the needs. My wife Lisa was so please with all that she saw and experienced as well it was the topic of conversation on our Travels back to Elkins. Thanks AGAIN for all your Help.
