Help with no help Requested info over the computer. Someone called me in minutes. Explained my situation and went online to design a deal. Was informed it would take all weekend and someone would contact me on Monday. Someone contacted me Monday ONLY asking for me to come in.. ok but I asked if they reviews my info and the last didn’t. So I informed I wouldn’t drive an hour without some type of knowing if they ran it to make sure I got approved first before wasting my time and theirs for an hour ONE way to see a car I may not get if they can’t help me. They ran a HARD hit on my credit. Got the notification at 1 pm. It’s not almost 5 and haven’t herd from them. “All reps are “busy” yet no busy enough to call me back. Horrible customer service. “Sales manager will call you back” yet 4 hours later nothing. “Guaranteed credit approval” my a**. Why can’t you contact people back? I’ve read a lot of reviews and decided to give you the chance. More
