Seth was very friendly and kept me informed during the review of my credit and trade in information. With all of this being taken care of prior to my visit, I did not wait at the dealership for very long before signing the paperwork. Rob gave me a good deal on the extended warranty and gap insurance. And, Seth and I have followed up a few times since my purchase. I hope to keep my Explorer for as long as possible, and I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from Toothman Ford as well! More
