We called Toothman Ford early on a Tuesday morning to let them know we were interested in looking at a car, and by Tuesday night they had the car washed and cleaned by the time we got there, and I believe that was the deal breaker because we weren't planning on buying anything that night, just looking is all. We were greeted by our salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were interested in and he was very friendly. Everyone throughout the whole process was very interested in answering all of our questions and being there if we needed or wanted anything. We were very satisfied by the way we were treated at Toothman Ford, and we will highly recommend them to anyone we know that is interested in buying a vehicle. More

Great Deals! I was on the market for a new (to me) Ford Focus. Good not great... (Updated) This is the second vehicle I've purchased from here, both times they're kinda just there until you get approved then they are your best friend. Not saying it was bad just saying more could be done not to feel like just another number. The guy that we actually signed the papers for got an attitude when we declined the extended warranty after declining it several times, I don't know if it was because it was late but I almost said forget it and walked out (Granted I was getting a little bit of an attitude after saying no at least 4 times). Other than that it was decent, not the best and definitely not the worst I've been treated. (Update) I just got off the phone with Brian and he apologized several times, assured me that the problems would be remedied, and didn't make any excuses (which I appreciate the most) for the behavior. I just want to say that I will most likely be going back for my next purchases I just saw where some things might be improved or corrected. More
