Upon our next visit we drove several vehicles, he was very patient and information in helping us make the decision. We purchased an excellent vehicle below our budget limit. I was shocked and impressed!! We initially came into the dealership to "look" at a vehicle. We had just left another dealership and honestly, we were not in a very good mood!! I've been to Toothman Ford before, many years ago and wasn't pleased with how I was treated. So I was extremely hesitant about going back. However, my boyfriend convinced me that it wouldn't hurt to check some cars out. That being said, we walked on the lot and after a few minutes Keith came out introduced himself and from there on...it was a painless, impressive experience!!! We left the lot in our brand new Escape thanks to the professionalism and help from Keith!! We had NO intention of purchasing a car. I had all sorts of images in my mind that it would be a miserable experience from the start (didn't help with the experience with the car dealership we just dealt with in Fairmont an hour before). We weren't pressured into buying anything and the atmosphere wasn't stuffy and cold. We never had so much fun buying a car!!! It was nice to have a salesperson who was interested in what we wanted, what we were willing to pay and didn't seem irritated answering our questions!! And the finance department explained everything to where we understood. No beating around the bush, up front and clear. I can't thank you Keith enough for converting me!!! Bruce and I both know that the next time we look for a car or truck...we will look at Toothman Ford FIRST!! We love our Escape, we loved the price and we absolutely couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable sales person than Keith. Major kudos to all of you for making car buying what it should be...
