I was at a lost when my vehicle simply stop running in the middle of the street. Got it to Sloane and my service advisor, Mr. Patterson immediately got a mechanic to diagnose the faulty alternator that w the middle of the street. Got it to Sloane and my service advisor, Mr. Patterson immediately got a mechanic to diagnose the faulty alternator that wasn't charging the battery, causing the battery to simply die. I felt calm and cool knowing I'm in the right place now. Everything was explained and once they installed a new alternator, Mr. Steve got me back on the road expediently!
