It was a no pressure deal. I was able to get the RAV4 at MSRP. I felt this was a good deal considering the new car pricing environment. Be careful with this dealership, I went to this dealership the salesman wrote down the quotes on papers but didn’t give me to take home when I ask. I finally signed a lease for my car. However, I found that they charged an extra month of fees of $465 more than the quote. Since I don’t have that paper with me and everything was verbal, I don’t have a proof - I ended up called the police into the store but what the policeman could only do was to give me a report….this is “ Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell“ – I have never had such experience in the US in the last 30 years…., so, now I know why they didn’t give me a written quote over the phone or with a written paper in store. They tells you one thing, but, they put another thing inside the contact…I will tell entire world for this story with my police report. More
