I stopped by Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell, NJ to test drive a 2023 RAV4. The car drove nicely and the staff at the dealership were very helpful. The saleswoman(Kelly) who I was dealing with was know test drive a 2023 RAV4. The car drove nicely and the staff at the dealership were very helpful. The saleswoman(Kelly) who I was dealing with was knowledgeable and kind. I Kelly came to my home the next day in order to bring me back to the dealership to complete the delivery. It was a no pressure deal. I was able to get the RAV4 at MSRP. I felt this was a good deal considering the new car pricing environment. I’ll be back in 39 months to get another vehicle from Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell NJ. Thank you. More

Be careful with this dealership, I went to this dealership the salesman wrote down the quotes on papers but didn’t give me to take home when I ask. I finally signed a lease for my car. However, I f dealership the salesman wrote down the quotes on papers but didn’t give me to take home when I ask. I finally signed a lease for my car. However, I found that they charged an extra month of fees of $465 more than the quote. Since I don’t have that paper with me and everything was verbal, I don’t have a proof - I ended up called the police into the store but what the policeman could only do was to give me a report….this is “ Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell“ – I have never had such experience in the US in the last 30 years…., so, now I know why they didn’t give me a written quote over the phone or with a written paper in store. They tells you one thing, but, they put another thing inside the contact…I will tell entire world for this story with my police report. More
