Very professional, was in and out in reasonable amt of time Easy to deal with. I stopped by early morning and was in and out at reasonable amount of time. I'm happy this center is not one of those that push unnecessary services done on the car. I was given some reminders what fluids to change, when, and how much. I don't think its necessary going to mom&pop garages as most of them I went to charge the same, do a bad job, or over-price parts. More

Professional and not pushy I've been to other dealerships where their whole scheme is to get you in so they can shove services down your throat. Star is not like that at all. Th I've been to other dealerships where their whole scheme is to get you in so they can shove services down your throat. Star is not like that at all. They called me whennthey were servicing the car, told me what was needed, if I declined something it was fine, then called me again when it was ready for pickup. Very professional and easy to work with. More
