I purchased my wrangler on Feb 16th and it’s been in service all but 1 day. After it failed to start the 1st day a sales manager told me to just go get a battery and change it out myself as that was pro service all but 1 day. After it failed to start the 1st day a sales manager told me to just go get a battery and change it out myself as that was probably the issue. I had the battery tested and it was not the issue. Ultimately it was towed back and sat in service for 5 days. I was told nothing was wrong with it. When I went to pick it up it was still making the noise I originally reported and ultimately a pump was replaced before I left that day. It failed to start again the next day and was taken to a dealership closer to my home. Several phone calls and messages to both sales and service went unanswered so it has stayed at the dealership in Venice. The mechanics there found that the drive shaft had not been secured, presumably after the recall work that was completed here the day before I purchased. The issue has still not been resolved and I have been without my brand new vehicle for almost 3 weeks. I understand the underlying issue is likely a from the factory and out of your control - however you can control how you respond to customers and you can at least return calls and pretend to care. More
