I feel very lucky to have worked with Robert Madden. As my lease was approaching the endpoint, he reached out to me to see what I might be looking for. In the meantime, I also contacted another BMW dealership--but it was Robert who followed up and found exactly what I was looking for. His patience, thoroughness, and willingness to "go the extra mile" made a huge difference when purchasing my car (he also presented me with a myriad of leasing options). Robert's knowledge about my vehicle, and BMW in general, is excellent. Robert made this a wonderful experience!
