I’ve worked with Ian Martin on 2 vehicle purchases this year. Like I always tell him, he makes it easy and painless. We usually trade a few emails before agreeing on terms. The delivery experience has always been a pleasure. This time around, it was enhanced by Rob Madden - the BMW genius who knew every nook and cranny and saved me some owner’s manual reading time.
