I was relatively new to this area and a bit clueless about car buying other than all the horror stories that exist about car dealers and salespeople. I had already experienced a very disappointing encounter with a Volvo dealer across the street where I was treated rather poorly. But Robert Madden, BMW Client Advisor is a true professional, treated me with respect and was very patient in answering all my questions and issues. Both he and John Keenan, Financial Services Administrator addressed all my concerns, worked with me to get the deal I wanted and made me feel comfortable. And to top it all off, Mohammad Elnaboulsi, BMW Genius assisted me with good humor in learning the possibilities of the new car. What a surprise to have such a good learning experience and get a wonderful car. More
