In addition, the button does not work inside for me to access my trunk. AND, his xxxx response is contact the service manager. I did not hand the service manager a cashier's check. More

Absolutely fantastic experience buying new Odyssey I live over an hour away from this dealer and had been hoping to work with some of the more local dealers in my area, but i am so happy that I decided I live over an hour away from this dealer and had been hoping to work with some of the more local dealers in my area, but i am so happy that I decided to make the trip, after speaking with Brooke on the phone.. I ended up buying my new 2018 Honda Odyssey from them on the same day and everything went incredibly smoothly, with everyone involved absolutely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful... and most importantly, respecting and understanding exactly what I wanted and didn't want. Bob Martino handled the transaction and went over all the paper work and gave a full review of the car and all its features and made sure everything was perfect... and after walking in somewhat un-trusting and anxious, I left absolutely thrilled with my new car and happy and confident that I had been treated excellently and honestly..
