2015 RAM PURCHASE Over the past several years, I've worked with Corwin Honda, purchasing my 2008 Pilot and helping my son buy his first Certified Honda Civic. Both expe Over the past several years, I've worked with Corwin Honda, purchasing my 2008 Pilot and helping my son buy his first Certified Honda Civic. Both experiences were great ... as has been the service since. I'm glad to say the same level of friendliness and professionalism is also present at their Chrysler / Dodge location. Overall the experience was very good, but not 100% perfect. A couple of questions on the RAM I purchased were addressed, but never completely answered, even after Robert tried asking the appropriate people who I feel should have known. I realize there are hundreds of data points on thousands of vehicles to manage, but with today's record-keeping technology, I was hoping the dealership would have been able to quickly find the answers I was looking for. Obviously, the questions with incomplete answers were not bothersome enough for me not to purchase the truck. Special commendation for Robert ... he actually came in on his day off, TWICE, to help me with this truck. Totally didn't expect that and it was very much appreciated! More
