Service writer Rob called me first thing Friday morning to discuss the after hours note regarding my vehicle in need of repair. Rob was able to provide the type of repairs required with an estimate within to discuss the after hours note regarding my vehicle in need of repair. Rob was able to provide the type of repairs required with an estimate within a few hours and worked my vehicle in for repairs. To my surprise, Rob called before 5:00 PM that day and stated my vehicle is ready for pick up. Rob displayed empathy for my situation, was courteous and professional. I’m grateful for the exceptional customer service and satisfied with the quality of the repair services. More

I made an online express lube appointment. Apparently, it made it for an incorrect time at 1600 hours. This dealership is awful. They sold us a three-year old car with leaking drive shafts and wouldn’t cover it after only two months from buying it.
