I really liked how they have their coupons online and it was so easy to use when checking in for my car service. Everyone was so nice and welcoming in the waiting area.. The waiting area is really big and b was so easy to use when checking in for my car service. Everyone was so nice and welcoming in the waiting area.. The waiting area is really big and beautiful and give space between each other. The only thing that I had a question about was they said that I got a complementary car wash and basically they just went and dried my car because it still had spots and dirt on it so. I get that it’s a free complementary car wash, but you cannot call that a car wash if it looks like soap was not put into it or it was not actually washed. They rinsed my car and then partially dried it. More

We have been sending our pilot to you all for years and typically the communication is wonderful...Robert gave an estimate of two hours that the work would be done at the two hour mark no communication was typically the communication is wonderful...Robert gave an estimate of two hours that the work would be done at the two hour mark no communication was provided and at 4 1/2 hours after we dropped off the car for an oil change. I had to call back and request status. Robert could not provide any status because he was nowhere to be found. I called back three times and finally one of the service managers decided they would take my question and realize that the oil change had been completed at 11 AM. Very disappointing More
