I needed to get a recall taken care of, so I decided to

Since my car is my only form of transportation, I dealt with this all day Sunday, which was pretty frustrating. I brought the car back to Honda on Monday and found out an engines air filter had been left uncovered during the service. I understand mistakes can happen, but it was inconvenient to have to take more time out of my day to drop my car off again and come back for it again. I hope this feedback helps highlight the importance of attention to detail, especially for customers who rely on their vehicles and make the effort to come to the dealership for important work.
