I was a former customer of Gus Muchado Ford. I was not pleased with service back then. I recently came back with my wife's Bronco and they treated me very well. I felt like they cared about maki I was not pleased with service back then. I recently came back with my wife's Bronco and they treated me very well. I felt like they cared about making my experience right. This is now my second visit and I have had a great experience. Rob was great. He explained everything to me and took his time to answer my questions. I was offered a complementary ride home, which really helped me out! I have to say, the service is much more organized and has improved since Gus Muchado was the owner. Glad that they have made changes to the system and have implemented new service perks. I'd really love it if they offered a complementary car wash, but I am totally okay if they can't. I will be back to get my next service in 5k miles. More

I brought in my new car less then 3800 miles covered under warranty. The first tech claim to have fixed the problem after 3 hours and sent me home with the same issue. When I arrived home I discovered h under warranty. The first tech claim to have fixed the problem after 3 hours and sent me home with the same issue. When I arrived home I discovered he had not done anything. I immediately had to return for the same issue. Once there I was told they would replace the defective part and instructed to drop off my vehicle the following day for the repair. They keep my vehicle for 2 full days and had not touched it. When I called on the third day is when they finally made the repair and dropped off my vehicle at my home. When I checked it I discovered they left me with broken clips after the “repair” More

They were friendly and professional. They said the Recall repair could take 3 - 4 days. It took 5 days. I had to call them after 4 days to find out when my car would be ready? After They said the Recall repair could take 3 - 4 days. It took 5 days. I had to call them after 4 days to find out when my car would be ready? After returning home with my car, the Service Manager called me and asked if I could drive the car back because their mechanic technician thought he left a repair tool on my car that should have been removed. I drove back to the dealer and the technician was able to find and remove the repair tool. No big deal, just some slight inconveniences for me. Service Manager Rob Schickman did an excellent job in explaining the return delay and he apologized for their mechanic error. A complimentary free car wash would have been a nice thank you!!! More
